Excellent service as always. Kristina goes above and beyond which I appreciate. I will always recommend BimmerTech for any BMW owner looking to modify their vehicles. Just follow all of BimmerTechs clear instructions. If you code with tech, just sit back, relax, and let them work. Easy process, once again I am satisfied and happy.

I recently bought a map update for my 2018 BMW 430i Convertible. The shipping was very fast, USB came within 2 days and the installation was very easy. Took me 10 mins and most of that was the update time from the car. I had no issues or error during updating the map.

I originally posted a positive review after buying an GPS map update. For the positive posing, I was offered 3 free iDrive mods... I chose Delete Legal Disclaimer, Full text message posting, and M2 Start-up animation. Unfortunately, they could never make the start animation work as it should, and after patiently trying many time to reprogram the iDrive back to default, they have never succeeded. They repeatedly tried to convince me that it was fine, but it just is not the way it was from the factory. I would suggest BEWARE of trying to make this change...it is especially annoying, as it is never something that I would have chosen to do on my own

I can tell you experience I had using bimmertech could not have been any easier to use. This was my second time using their services and both times were a seamless transition. Codes work every time on the first try! Can't wait to update my Navigation.

The product and service were and are outstanding. The whole process was simple and quick, options for date and time were plenty. Apple Carplay works without any issues and is fullscreen, which even my dealership wasn't able to do. Thank You!

I bought both the Android Auto MMI Prime Retrofit and the 2021 Map Update from Bimmer-Tech. The Android Auto interface works seamlessly with iDrive. The Map Update is important, yet BMW neither advertises nor reminds you that it is available. Additionally, I called tech support a couple of times and found them to be responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Bimmer Tech starts where BMW leaves off.

The products and services at Binmertech are outstanding! While
shopping I was able to get support for picking the right product. I
also got good instructions with the product so I could install them
myself. Finally, when I had questions about the product after install,
I got very timely responses that were very helpful. I am thrilled with
my Bimmertech purchases and their support!

The customer service and the product are great. Bought this for my son's M4. The USPS lost it in the mail and provided a ridiculous signature. It was a Christmas present and BimmerTech sent another unit, overnight delivery. Then when my son was installing it, he ran into some vehicle specific questions and we received very quick responses from technical service on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.
